on all casino apps, you see people leaving 1 star because they didn't hit jackpots on their $10 spent. I have played on this app for a couple years. As soon as I started i hit big. the withdrawl process wasn't the easiest. Once you work out the first few problems, it's smooth sailing. Pays like some and better than others. BUT..Lately, there has been a big. The app is unusable. I was booted during a bonus and didn't receive my money. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!!!!

It's a little disconcerting that I had to download an additional app from them to be able to access different things. If you only have one of they're apps you can access bonus spins but none of the other and vice versa if you only have the other app. So I now have both casino and poker just to get it to work 90 percent of the time. The other major issue I'm having is constant location errors. Even though I've given you full precise location access and I'm connected to my home router!! FIX IT

Always technical issues and when you try to report there is no way to contact them. I have been stuck in a loop today. It will only open one game and that game has technical issues that kick you out so there is no way to play. Tried to report the issue and the page to report will not open. I have a new issue today. I won and the credit was not added to my balance. I have been waiting in the help center chat for over an hour without a response from the support team.
