If you are struggling to keep going after 2min of workout on your own or have no ideas of what to do, this app is good. You click on a workout, and while there is background music, a kinda mechanic voice tells you what comes next, what you need to watch out for, counts down from 3. Theres always a break between excercises which you may skip or add 20sec. Overall, keeps you motivated with a sense of accomplishment :) "How will you feel when you reach your goal?" They ask in the beginning.

Excellent! i pay for the upgraded version every year, its more than worth it. the app is progressively getting better each year, it has helped me go from a very sedentary life to a moderate workout level. i love that there is a variety of workouts that goes from very very easy to quite difficult. the only thing i would like to see is a maybe a category dedicated to weightlifting with and without equipment outside of maybe needing a chair or bench.

This app has been very useful and beneficial. It's free and easy to use. It's definitely been helpful in meeting my goals. A big stress reducer has been knowing the app has workouts ready to go, so when motivated I'm able to just press start. UPDATE: I've returned to using this app to recover strength, keep healthy and happy. The updated app is just as easy to navigate and I appreciate that it gives you what you need to succeed for free. There is also the option to purchase a specific plan.
